Rondebosch
Two renovations in the same suburb — one house shown through its kitchen, the other through its outdoor dining room.
Rondebosch is where the studio’s renovation work shows most plainly. The first house is shown through its kitchen — the island under its pendants is the room now — and the second through its outdoor dining room under wicker pendants, drawn as one piece of work with the rooms beside it.
Both were designed and then managed on site by the studio: tendering, suppliers, procurement and the close-out details, so the finished rooms arrived as drawn. The two projects are on the site separately.
